I recently completed my Reiki Master training with Inner Kalm, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From my initial enquiry through to booking, Normalene was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I especially appreciated the one-to-one training offered at no extra cost. From the moment I arrived, her cosy workspace put me at ease. Her warm, welcoming nature made it easy to relax, and the informal, at-your-own-pace approach suited my learning style perfectly. I particularly enjoyed the hands-on, practical elements, which really helped everything sink in. Despite the depth of material covered, I never felt overwhelmed—just fully supported throughout. The attunements were powerful, and the final Reiki healing session on day two was truly beautiful. A lovely bonus was the homemade soup she prepared both days, which added such a personal touch. Normalene is a genuine and kind teacher, and Jim was equally welcoming—giving me the opportunity to practise on him and even sharing Reiki himself. I truly couldn’t fault the experience. I had my first Reiki treatment with Normalene, amazing experience. I also completed my Reiki Level 1 recently and I'm very much looking forward to continuing my journey with Normalene. Normalene is one of the most compassionate and caring healers I’ve ever met! She really is a powerful healer and has helped me through some tough times over the last year or so. Her reiki course is also excellent, I did a level two refresher and I must say my reiki is far more powerful now I am attuned. Normalene is a wonderful Reiki Master. I had a not so positive experience with my former master, but then I fortunately found Normalene. She is so friendly, professional, and full of good vibes!
